Crab Cucumber Mango Salad
With water dense cucumber, beta carotene packed mango, healthy fatty avocado, and omega 3 in crab, this salad is to your skin, for hydrating and delicious.
Ingredients: Serves 2
1 English cucumber
1 mango, peeled
1 table spoon lime juice
Pinch of coarse sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
6 ounces jumbo lump crab meat, divided
Lime slice to garnish
- Chop the cucumber, mango, and avocado into bite size cubes. Gently toss with the lime juice, salt, and cayenne.
- Divide in half before topping with each serving with 3 ounces of grab meat and garnishing with the lime slcies
