Cucumber and Rose For Redness Skin




With rose water, a gentle, effective, and natural antiseptic that works wonders on rosacea/reactive skin type; cucumber to calm, and yogurt to reduce inflammation, this mask quickly and effectively cools, soothes, tones, and heals the skin.

Ingredients:
1/2 medium cucumber
1 rose in full bloom
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt



Wash the wax off if the cucumber using a fruit and vegetable wash before roughly chopping.
Pluck the petals from the rose.
In a blender, puree the cucumber and rose petals until smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the yogurt until combined.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes before applying liberally to clean skin (ideally after a warm shower, when pores are open).
Allow mask to sit for 20 minutes before rinsing off with cool water. Follow with moisturizer.
