DIY FACIAL MASK

Yogurt Mask Plain yogurt is mildly acidic, which is perfect for removing surface impurities and restoring the skin’s own protective acid mantle. 1/4 cup of yogurt. Spread the yogurt over your skin (it can be use all over the body) and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse or shower with warm water and pat your skin dry. Remember to use a rich moisturizer or oil, such as almond oil or jojoba oil. So simple and so effective.


Cherimoyas Mask

Cherimoyas are often called the “custard fruit” because of their white creamy interior. The fresh pulp taste like a mixture of pineapple and banana, and makes an excellent facial treatment because it’d do moisturizing  and soothing to dry winter skin.

1/2 cherimoya fruit, peeled and seeds discarded.

Mash the fruit into a smooth paste. You may add a bit of powdered milk or cornstarch, if you wish to firm up the mixture. Spread over clean skin and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Follow with a rich moisturizing or light oil.

Facial Mask for Soft and Smooth Skin

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk

Mix together all the ingredients until creamy and well blended. Spread the mixture over you face and neck, and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse well with cool water and pat dry.

Honey and egg mask

  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Honey is natural humectant, and vinegar helps restore your skin own natural acid level, which is so important for healthy skin. This mask will helps you have a beautiful complexion.

Beat the the egg white until frothy. Mix together the egg yolk, honey and vinegar. Fold this into the egg white. Spread the entire mixture over your face  and neck. leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. You can refrigerate any leftover mask but discard after few days.
