EYE MASK WITH PARSLEY +GREEK YOGURT+ CUCUMBER
Parsley is rich in Vitamin K, when apply it topically helps to reduce blood flow to the under eye area, diminishing the appearance of underlying blood vessels. This is an useful trick as we age and the fat deposit under your eyes thin, making blood vessels even more visible. Blended with cooling and hydrating cucumber to plump and de-puff and deeply moisturizing and gently exfoliating yogurt.
1 tablespoon plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon minced parley
1 cucumber slice, 1 inch thick
>> Place the yogurt, parsley and cucumber in a food processor and pulse until a smooth past forms.
>> Apply a thick layer under your eyes and on your eyebrows bone, avoiding your eyelids where the skin is very thin and being careful not to get the mixture in your eyes.
>> Let it sit for 20 minutes before removing excess with a cotton ball or wash cloth and rinsing any remaining residue off with cool water.
ICE TEA TONER
Two of the best cures for DARK under-eye circles are caffeine and cold. Here is a homemade iced tea toner. For a quick, easy, and highly effective trick, make caffeinated ice cubes with black tea to get rid of under-eye darkness and puffiness.
2 cup water
4 bags caffeinated black tea
>> Bring the water to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and place a tea bags in the water to brew for 15 to 20 minutes.
>> Remove it from the heat and let sit until the tea cools to room temperature.
>> Once cool, pour the brew into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
>> In the morning, pop out two of the cubes and run the under water for a second to wet the surface and prevent it from sticking to your skin.
>> Gently rub under your eye for 1 to 2 minutes.
You will surprise with the result.
