Homemade Toner

Mint, Apple Cider Vinegar, and water

To make fresh Toner or Tonic from your kitchen, it is very simple. You just need:
1/2 cup mint, chopped
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
Put chopped mint into a clean jar, pour in apple cider vinegar, close the lid and put the jar into refrigerator for 4-5 days. After that drain the mixture and add in the water, and store in a clean jar and keep it in a refrigerator.
Use this fresh toner after cleansing your skin, it help deep cleansing and repair the skin ready for moisturizing.
I usually put about 10 cotton pads in a clean plastic jar and pour the toner into the jar, and close the lid, keep cool, and use twice a days. So enjoys your DIY toner.
