Milk and Honey Calming Compresses

Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon extra-virgin cold-pressed coconut oil

  • In a small bowl, mix whole milk and homey until well combined.
  • Saturate cotton pads (or soft washcloth for larger areas) with the mixture and apply to sunburned skin
  • As the compresses warm from your body’s heat, discard and repeat until your skin is soothed.
  • While your skin still moist, massage coconut oil into affected areas
