Winter Body Sugar Scrub

Ingredients:



1/2 cup granulated sugar or brown sugar

2 tablespoons light vegetable oil or olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice

2 tblespoons fresh milk  (if you use it right away)

Mix together all ingredients into a smooth cream.

To use: before bathing, gently massage the mixture all over your body to increase circulation and remove dry, flaky skin. Rinse off with warm water and moisturize well.

Save any extra in the refrigerator but discard it if the milk sours.
